What Is Calamity?
Calamity is a 2D top-down online action RPG built around seasonal competition, dungeon progression, player trading, PvP Arena, and real-value rewards. Each season is a fresh race: clear deeper dungeons, craft stronger gear, trade with other players, compete in PvP, and turn smart play into Gold, Tribute rewards, and season prizes.
Characters begin each season from a clean slate, while long-term account value such as your account and cosmetics remains part of your Calamity account.
Season Format
Calamity runs time-limited competitive seasons. Current season dates, prize tables, weekly payout snapshots, and event-specific rules live on the Sunforge Season page.
Fresh seasonal start - characters, gear, Gold, and leaderboard races reset for the event.
Persistent account value - your account and cosmetics persist between events.
Weekly reward moments - Wyrm Tribute, Silver Tribute, PvP activity, and Fortune's Veil all create reasons to keep pushing during the season.
Core Game Loop
Choose a weapon-driven class - Warrior, Archer, or Mage. Your equipped main-hand weapon defines your active class and build direction.
Clear PvE dungeons - progress through dungeon difficulties, trials, boss gates, keys, Rare and Epic drops, and deeper leaderboard pushes.
Manage Dungeon Energy - Daily Energy fuels regular progression, while Conquest Energy Scrolls support deeper Conquest pushes and feed reward pools.
Craft, enhance, and trade gear - turn dungeon drops into stronger equipment, improve items with enhancement and gems, and sell valuable items to other players.
Enter PvP Arena - queue for 3v3 Team Deathmatch leagues such as Combatant and Duelist when your level and gear meet the league rules.
Economy And Rewards
Gold has fixed season accounting - current season pages use 100 Gold = 1 USDC for payout conversion.
Wyrm Tribute - Wyrm Shards qualify players for weekly Gold distributions from the Prize Pool.
Silver Tribute - Valor Medals can qualify players for wee
